Ivin loves chicken bacon ranch pizza and suggested we make it in a brat! We did, and nailed it on the first try! Better than the pizza, even, because our brat is made with dark meat pastured chicken, our own hickory-smoked nitrate free bacon, and has no gluten!
Chicken Brats are packaged four to a 1 pound package.
Bauman’s Authentic Regensburger Brats are made with 100% pasture-raised Kansas pork.
You won’t find these anywhere else around because I brought this recipe back from Germany! The Regensburg Wurst-kitchen has been serving sausages from the same dinky building for 875 years! Any sausage to stand that test of time, is worth trying!
Regensburger Brats are packaged six to a 1 pound package.
Bauman’s Authentic pork is pasture-raised in Kansas. Our mixed-heritage breed hogs forage and are supplemented with non-gmo feed.
Bauman’s Authentic Chicken Brats made from our own pasture-raised chicken. We pick up the chicks at the hatchery, feed them non-GMO grains we’ve raised and ground ourselves, place them out onto green grass as soon as they are feathered, move them daily to fresh pasture, hand-butcher them on our farm’s USDA-inspected facility, then create top-secret recipes available only from Bauman’s Mobile Meat Market!
